Facebook Bug Exposed
On Friday afternoon social media company announced that Facebook recently had a bug that exposed 6 million user's contact information.
The bug was in the Facebook "Download Your Information Tool". This tool allows users to download and export information from their profile,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], such as downloading posts on their timelines and conversations that they were having with their friends.
Some people add their contact information to their profile so that Facebook can use it to help match them with other people to be friends. It looks like when some people downloaded this information from the "Download Your Information Tool", they actually were downloading some contact information from different people that they had some kind of a connection with.
It really only affected some people's email addresses and telephone numbers and for each person that it affected it only got sent to 1 or 2 people. Facebook says that they don't know if this bug was used maliciously yet or not,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. They are not ruling it out,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
Facebook stated that anyone that was affected by this bug will be contacted by email. You can read the full article at CNN.
Nobody Is Perfect
Facebook is not perfect and neither is anyone else. If even a multi-million dollar company like Facebook is making mistakes so will everyone else.
You can go out and learn everyday for years trying to become perfect, but the truth is that it is not necessary. You will get better with time if you do something everyday but you will never be perfect. As long as human beings are involved in the mix,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], nothing will ever be perfect.
When I first started in Network Marketing I got into a trap that a lot of new people find themselves in. I got into a studying trap. I spent my first 9 months in this business studying. I bought tons of books and courses and I was studying over 5 hours everyday. So, the whole time I was studying I obviously wasn't making any money and my wife was growing very impatient with me. If you have a wife then I'm sure you know what I mean. They don't like to see you spending a lot of money and not making any back.
After all of this training I had learned A LOT and it was finally time to get started working. Around this time was when I had a consultation with Tim Erway. For those of you who don't know who Tim Erway is,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], he is a multimillion dollar earner in network marketing and he is the President of the Magnetic Sponsoring company. We talked for about an hour and he revealed some really good stuff! He revealed what he would do if he was starting from scratch in Network Marketing again and he also told me how I really need to get some experiential knowledge.

Experiential Knowledge
No matter how much you learn in books and courses, nothing is going to come close to experiential knowledge. Once you actually get out there and start doing this business is when you are really going to learn something. I really wish that when I first started that I had someone to point me in the right direction. I could have saved a lot of time!
No One Is Perfect
Just like with Facebook, no one is perfect. If you are like I was when I first started out and are all caught up in studying and not actually doing anything,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], my advice to you is to start doing it.
It's okay if you make mistakes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Go out and make mistakes,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. Its okay. Just go out and do it,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]. This is where your real education is going to begin. Once you start getting the experiential knowledge you will start getting really good. You will also start to come up with your own ideas and eventually even get that "Ah Ha" moment that we are all waiting for,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych].
