WASHINGTON, April 23 () -- Rolls-Royce has recalled 10 cars priced at $250,000 due to a labeling error concerning wheel sizes, U.S. regulators said.The cars, named the Rolls-Royce Ghost, are equipped with 20-inch rims, The Los Angeles Times reported Tuesday.
