Are You Trying To Master Techniques In Order To Build Your Network Marketing Business, giuseppe zanotti soldes?
One of the early leaders in our industry was Jim Rohn, and he had a simple saying that concepts are constant while techniques vary. So what does this mean to you in your mlm business? Well, mentors early on said this a different way. She said, "You have to find your own voice in this business." So In other words, while there are always going to be lots of trainers out there telling you how to grow your business, the bottom line is this: you have to find what plan of action you will use. This strategy has to be not only one you CAN do, but one you WILL do.
So how does this relate to Jim Rohn's position on concepts being constant and techniques varying? Well, doudoune moncler, one of the pivotal concepts in network marketing is this: you need to sponsor a large number of people into your business to find those few leaders who will take this business and really grow an empire.
While that's easy to say, it is not necessarily easy to do, especially when you are first getting started. And this is why: this is a new business for just about everyone who joins, and if it isn't a new business for that new team member, that means the person joining has been in another (or many other) network marketing programs before, air jordan, and probably has some pretty set ideas on how things should work.
But the really brand new person will want to know, ' What do I say to people? What do I present to them? How do I answer this question?" They want to know the techniques, and yet what will truly provide them with success is understanding the concepts behind the techniques.
You know, a few years back I attended a seminar by Tom "Big Al" Schreiter, and he made a terrific point . He said when he first got started in the business, his sponsor recommended that he get on the phone and start calling people. The only problem was, Big Al hated making phone calls, so his wasn't going to even get off the ground if he had to use the phone to build his business.
I see this happen all the time in this industry: a sponsor teaches what they have done. Now,isabel marant sneakers, truthfully, louboutin pas cher, this only makes sense. We do teach best what we know how to do,hollister france, and we should teach what we have done, giuseppe zanotti pas cher, as opposed to teaching what we know nothing about. But (and here's the powerful part) if you can learn to teach what you have done in a way that focuses on the concepts of WHY it worked for you, hollister, then people can learn the concepts, air jordan pas cher, and apply them to a method which works for them. When that happens, presto! you are duplicating.
Last night I was fortunate enough to attend a webinar by David Wood, an expert in internet marketing, louboutin pas cher, and he shared a comment from one of his mentors: Recruit the many to find the few, work with the few to find the many. We have all seen this concept in theory at least: what does every network marketing company instruct a new team member to do? Jot down their list of names, and then work with the sponsor to contact those names and share the product and/or business with them. What's the thinking behind that strategy? You've heard it before - you might only know 100 or 200 people, but if you recruit 5 people, and they each know 100 or 200 people, suddenly you have potentially thousands to get in front of.
Here's the glitch - not everyone will put you in front of their people. So what do you have to do? You need a way to get yourself in front of as many people as possible, and you need to do so, quite simply, regardless of how your trainer is telling you how to do it. You have to find a way that works for you, a way the you CAN do and a way that you WILL do. This might be home presentations, abercrombie soldes, the phone, ugg pas cher, meeting new people when you are out and about, getting referrals from any and all contacts you have, internet marketing, calling leads, or marketing to cold market. The technique you pick is not important, except that it must be a technique which works for you.
