| Sim Bhullar's double-double sparks New Mexico State to WAC triumph
LAS VEGAS, March 17 () -- Sim Bhullar's double-double of 16 points and 15 rebounds Saturday carried New Mexico State past Texas-Arlington 64-55 and into the NCAA Tournament.Bhullar also blocked five shots.Daniel Mullings added 16 points and six boards for the third-seeded and defending champion Aggies (24-10),[url=http://www.parajumpersjackenoutlet.de/]parajumpers damen[/url], who claimed the fourth Western Athletic Conference championship game in school history.Bandja Sy also reached double figures with 10 points and six boards as New Mexico State improved to 17-4 all-time in WAC tournament play.The fourth-seeded Mavericks (19-13) were paced by Kevin Butler's 13 points and 10 rebounds.Karol Gruszecki added 11 points and Jordan Reves had 10 for Texas-Arlington, which reached the final in its first year in the WAC. |
