Feiyue shoes Expat
Worn by ping pong players in the 1950s and originally made by a state-owned factory, a humble Chinese canvas shoe is nowavailable on British high streets, a must-have fashion item in Europe.

And as the trenddoubles back, expats in China are cottoning onto the brand their friends are paying ten times the price for in Europe. But the path from a humble stall in a Shanghai backstreet to a chain store on Oxford Street and back is a sad example of the challenges faced in trying to protectintellectual property in China. In arguably a lose-lose situation for all parties,Duvetica Outlet, you can now buy a French version of the Chinese shoe, a fake Chineseversion of the French shoe, a fakeChinese version of the Chinese shoe, and, if you are lucky, somewhere in a long-forgotten, dusty littleshop in Shanghai, the original shoe.
Some say Feiyue shoes date back to the 1930s, others the 1950s. What is sure is that they were first made in Shanghai,DUVETICA Piumini Italy Vendita Duvetica Online Duvetica Sale Duvetica Coats Shop, have never changed in design and are the shoes the famous Shaolin monks often wear when they perform martial arts. The shoe was widely wornin China before the likes of Nike and Adidas appeared in the closed off country.
In 2006, Patrice Bastian,デュベティカ 店舗, a Frenchman living in Shanghai, graphic designer, Charles Munka, plus Nicolas Seguy and Clement Fauth launched a version of the shoe in France. It is said that the manufacturer,Duvetica Piumini, Top One, gave its blessings for the shoe to be modified and sold in Europe. But the Chinese media has reported that sister company, Shanghai Da Fu Rubber,デュベティカアウトレット,claims it should have been consulted and was not. A version of the shoe bearing the Feiyue brand and markings quickly found its way into the pages of fashion magazines in Europe. In 2008, Orlando Bloom securedthe brand when he was pictured wearing the shoes. Last month, Feiyue shoes appeared in FHM and GQ magazines.
French Feiyue shoes are now sold in Europe,http://newkevindurantshoes2012.blogspot.com/, America,Australia,Parajumpers Jackets On Sale Parajumpers Parka Coat Online Store, New Zealand, South Africa and most recently Malaysia. The Paris-based Feiyue owns various global trademarks including American,Duvetica Piumini italy, Canadian and European ones. But since thebrand has developed, duvetica outerwear, so too have anarray of manufacturers claiming tomake the original shoe.
Du Xiaodong, known in English as Steward, is 25 andfrom Guangdong province. He studies at Tongji University and started a Feiyue fans blog in 2008. He says there are many different versions of the shoe on sale in China, even including a Chinese version of the French version of the Chinese version. He said: "In China there are many brands and many shanzhai ones." Shanzhai refers to Chinese pirated goods. Literally meaning "mountain stronghold",デュベティカダウンジャケット, it refers to bandits outside official control
Du Xiaodong started a Feiyue fans blog in 2008
"Those people who manufacture shoes will copy a popular brand. Chinese manufacturers are copying the French one. In the market you see a lot of different styles. Many are neither Chinese nor French versions but shanzhai. A foreigner coming to China looking for these shoes will get confused, duvetica jackets canada. It's hard for a Chinese person to find them. Sometimes the fake ones are better than the originals because the original manufacturer hasn't updated their production facilities."
He says the problem is that the design is so easy to copy. "The law in China is not complete in terms of protecting intellectual property rights. It's especially difficult with these shoes as there's no difficulty in copying them. They are not like iPhones. The shoes are very easy to copy." Hence you can find Feiyu,Parajumpers on Sale, Feiyin and Feilong on the market.
Feiyue,Duvetica italy, Feiyin and Feilong shoes are all available
He added: "People of my age born in the 1980s wore the shoes. At that time we didn't have Nike or any foreign brands so most Chinese who were children then remember Feiyue."
The original shoes, are available at 585 Zunyi Road in Shanghai, according to Chinese magazine Lifeweek. It claims it is the only franchise shop of Top One in China. The owner of the shop, now aged 53 began working for the factory at 18.
There are other blogs more vehemently supportive of the original brand than Du Xiaodong's. This one reads: "There is a group of die hard fans [that] continues to seek the original Feiyue sneakers worn by millions of Chinese throughout the last 50 years. This blog is created to upkeep the spirit and the heritage of Feiyue, and for fans who believe that if they want to wear Feiyue sneakers, wear the Original China Version."
Last year,Discount Soccer Cleats Clearance Cleats, a spokesman for the Paris-based Feiyue was quoted in the Chinese media as saying, are currently holding some discussions with legal entities in China and we cannot communicate on Feiyue to media based in China until those talks are completed. Likewise,http://merrellshoesonsaleformen.blogspot.com/, my request to speak to a representative from the company went unanswered.
