This is the second worse store in Raleigh. The first is the Super Walmart on Newbern Ave. I have not seen this type of mess in a store. Will they screen the people they hire? Im so disappointed within the walmarts stores. The best the first is Knightdale,Roger Vivier Flats, NC. Its neat and the employees are respectable and knowledgeable of the job. There were only 4 registers open and a few self serve registers open. The lines were 6 and 7 deep all over the place you looked. I had been so angry I felt like I needed to take an Ativan and I am not even on medicine. I was in line for over a half hour. The management is inept. They don worry about satified customers. Affordable prices is not everything. We the people like customer service too. I have decided I'll shop and Kroger and Harris Teeter than be abused and brought as a given by big Sam. I am prepared to pay a little more for satisfaction. Your frozen goods will be defrosted by the time you take a look at at Wal-mart. Someone should educate the management to have more registers open during peak time and on week ends when most people shop. I don think this really is brain surgery. It follows!!!!! Good Bye Wal-mart.
