Singleton was already under indictment for criminal contempt.A third indictment announced Friday names Carlos Ortiz, 27, also of Bristol, on a charge of accessory to murder after the fact. Ortiz had pleaded not guilty to a gun charge in the case.The release did not provide details on why the charges were brought.Hernandez, 23, is accused of killing Odin Lloyd June 17 in an industrial park near Hernandez's home near Boston.
