LONDON, May 9 () -- Rolls-Royce will continue to repair and overhaul its T56 engines used on U.S. Navy aircraft under a recently awarded contract extension.The extension has a value of $35 million but Rolls-Royce didn't disclose its performance period.Rolls-Royce said the services contract is for depot-level repair of T56 Series III engine modules used by the Navy's P-3 Orion maritime patrol planes and derivative aircraft and T56-powered C-130 and C-2 aircraft.We are delighted by this new option year for a long-term contract to repair and overhaul engines for U.S. Navy aircraft at Rolls-Royce Engine Services in Oakland (Calif.),[url=http://www.pachasvip.com]abercrombie outlet[/url]," said Paul Craig, Rolls-Royce's president-Defense Customer Services."This services facility is a key part of our overall support network for military customers as we seek innovative and cost-effective ways to ensure their missions can be completed."The repairs will be performed at Rolls-Royce Engine Services Oakland,[url=http://www.pachasvip.com]hollister coupons[/url], where repair and overhaul of other engines used by U.S. military customers are conducted.
