Customer service is really lacking. It also came with a windshield mount, but that puts the phone too far from my face so no one can hear be properly. <br />I really like the design idea, but I do not like the material, it is hard plastic, very easy to break, or get melted under high heat from direct sun. Works really well, holds my Epic phone without fail. <a href="http://www.achbanker.com/home.php" target="_blank" class="postlink">hollister france</a> I can’t speak for the vent mount because I haven’t used it. I purchased a second mount for our other car. It works well and holds on tight. My phone hasn’t fallen a single time. <br />I’ve heard the clip doesn’t reach far enough into the vent to work, but I don’t use it. I wouldn’t have written this review unless it was <a href="http://www.vivid-host.com/barbour.htm" target="_blank" class="postlink">www.vivid-host.com/barbour.htm</a> five stars or zero. The vent mount is perfect for my 2010 Toyota RAV4 (which <a href="http://www.decerner.com" target="_blank" class="postlink">hollister outlet</a> by design has very few places to use an adhesive mount) – On the product site I viewed, it is the RAV’s dashboard pictured with the vent mount installed. The suction cup holds well, too – I have to agree with a previous poster that this unit holds better than my Garmin suction cup as well. The vent mount works very well and stays put even when driving. I own an iPhone 4 and <a href="http://www.vivid-host.com/barbour.htm" target="_blank" class="postlink">barbour uk</a> it even supports it with an Otterbox Defender case on it. Maybe for cars with soft suspension it does better. I honestly feel that I won’t have trouble with the mount dropping my phone, and the only thing I’m wondering about long-term is how well the suction cup holds using the sticky pad. Both are for Samsung Galaxy S Vibrants on T-Mobile with the black T-Mobile rubber/gel case.
