Last year the legislature earmarked $500,000 for The Arts Across Minnesota program to bring the state's top performing arts organizations to small communities. The Ragamala dancers worked with her classes earlier this week. <br />Noel: I went to the back of the class cause I made such a fool of myself. <br />Mary Noel says it's an experience many of her students could never have without a state-funded program. <br />Noel: Many of the girls can't afford to travel to workshops - they may get to one. We went to Chicago and we hope to go to New York sometime.
