Stand tall and exercise strong

"More than improving health,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the program creates a bond and support group where participants really talk and get to know each other,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych]," says Lee. The group meets twice a week for a seven-week session.
"But,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], people can join anytime," says Lee. The session is seven weeks, at two times per week. Classes are held at the at 36 Main St. in the Chapel Room.
"What I love to know is that it's helping people serve the community and serving the world," says Lee. Other studies have given us guidelines to select high-risk people for bone density testing."
