The Hurricanes turned the ball over as well with 38 seconds remaining, giving the Yellow Jackets a last chance to win it in regulation.Georges-Hunt, who scored only four points, drove the lane and tossed up a floating shot that hit the back of the rim. He reached up and tapped the rebound through the basket just before the clock hit zero.Chris Bolden scored 21 points and Daniel Miller had 17 for Georgia Tech (16-13, 6-11 ACC).Miami (23-6, 14-3) was led by Kenny Kadji with 18 points and 11 rebounds. |
